The 10% discount code SUBSCRIBE10 is valid only at the time of joining ‘Subscribe and Save’. Thereafter, the Subscribe and Save discount is 15% on further order.
You must enter the discount code at ‘Check Out’ in to the ‘Discount Code or gift card box’.

Survey Terms and Conditions

The discount code must be entered on the xtend-life.com website in the discount code field at checkout. The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or offer. The discount code is not transferable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash. The code does not apply to orders made through purchases on the Flexi-Ship, Auto-Ship program or the subscribe and save program. The discount code will be invalid if any of the terms and conditions are violated.
