Save up to 20% bundle discounts are calculated based on inclusive standard discounts listed below unless pricing is discounted during any other promotional period.

• The discount code is valid exclusively for one use per customer on the Xtendlife checkout.  

• The code must be entered at checkout to redeem the offer.  

• The discount code is valid from 9:00 AM NZDT January 1, 2025, and will expire at 9:00 AM NZDT on February 1, 2025.  

• The discount code cannot be combined with any Loyalty Program discounts, other promotional codes, or ongoing offers.  

• For any returns made during the promotional period, only the discounted amount will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs, in accordance with our Refund Policy

• The discount code is limited to one-time use per customer.

Subscribe & Save Customers - During the BFCM sales period, Subscribe & Save Customers will receive the BFCM offers plus free shipping on all scheduled orders*. The discount code will be applied automatically to your scheduled order*. 

During this period Subscribe & Save customers will not be able to add or swap products in their customer portal or website PDP pages. 

*Scheduled orders are defined as orders generated automatically by Xtendlife’s systems based on the customer's predefined schedule. 

If you return your order (some or all of your ordered product) placed in the BFCM sales period, refunds will be calculated at the BFCM promotion purchase price minus shipping costs; as per our refund policy. The BFCM offers are not transferable, and may not be resold or redeemed for cash.

Xtendlife 12 Days of Christmas Promotion Terms and Conditions 

By participating in the Xtendlife 12 Days of Christmas Promotion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions: 

1. Promotion Period

The promotion will run from 11:30 AM NZDT on Friday 6 December 2024, to 9:00 AM NZDT on Wednesday 18 December 2024. Each daily offer or competition will be valid from the day it is announced until the conclusion of the 12 Days of Christmas Promotion, as outlined above. 

2. General Eligibility

• This promotion is open to residents of countries where Xtendlife ships, aged 18 years or older. 

• Employees of Xtendlife and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

• Instagram and Facebook giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. 

3. Daily Offers and Competitions

Day 1: Free Marine Magnesium with Potassium 

• Receive a free bottle of Xtendlife's Marine Magnesium with Potassium with your order when you shop through the Xtendlife website, when applying the specified discount code at checkout.

• Valid with the specified discount code for purchases made from Day 1 of the 12 Days of Christmas Promotion. 

• The free product must be added to cart and the discount code must be entered at checkout to redeem the offer.

• The discount code is valid exclusively for one use per customer on the Xtendlife checkout.  

• The discount code excludes all other products on the Xtendlife online store.

• The discount code cannot be deducted retrospectively once the order has been completed and charged. 

• The discount code cannot be applied to previous purchases or be combined with other product discounts.

• The discount code is not transferable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash. 

• The discount code is one-time use only. 

• The discount code will be invalid if any of the terms and conditions are violated.

Day 2: Buy 2 Get 1 Free on Kiwi-Klenz 

• Valid with the specified discount code for purchases made from Day 2 of the 12 Days of Christmas Promotion.

• Buy two Kiwi-Klenz and receive a free Kiwi-Klenz from the Xtendlife online store. The free product must be added to the cart and the discount code must be applied at checkout. 

• The discount code excludes all other products on the Xtendlife online store.

• The discount code cannot be deducted retrospectively once the order has been completed and charged. 

• The discount code must be entered on the xtend-life.com website in the discount code field at checkout. 

• The discount code cannot be applied to previous purchases or be combined with other product discounts. 

• The discount code is not transferable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash. 

• The discount code is valid for one free product per order.

• The discount code will be invalid if any of the terms and conditions are violated. 

Day 3: Win a 3-Month Supply of Serene Saffron 

• To enter, follow @xtend.life Instagram page, like the post and comment a festive wellness tip on the specified Instagram post before the 12 Days of Christmas Promotion end date.

• One winner will be selected at random and announced on Thursday 19 December 2024.

Day 4: Win a Mystery Box 

• To enter, follow @xtend.life, like the specified post, and tag a friend in the comments. 

• Each tag counts as an additional entry. 

• One winner will be selected at random and announced on Thursday 19 December 2024. 

Day 5: Win a Daily Care Bundle

• To enter, follow @xtend.life, like the specified post, and comment your daily care routine over the festive season.
• Five winners will be selected at random and announced on Thursday 19 December 2024. 

4. Additional Conditions

• The 12 Days of Christmas promotional offers will not be automatically applied for Xtendlife Loyalty Program Members - Members must place a new, separate order on the Xtendlife website outside of any scheduled* orders to qualify for these offers. *Scheduled orders are defined as orders generated automatically by Xtendlife’s systems based on the customer's predefined schedule.

• The 12 Days of Christmas promotional offers will not be automatically applied for Subscribe & Save Customers - Customers must place a new, separate order on the Xtendlife website outside of any scheduled* orders to qualify for these offers. *Scheduled orders are defined as orders generated automatically by Xtendlife’s systems based on the customer's predefined schedule.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

• Xtendlife reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of equal or greater value. 

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise. 

• Xtendlife reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify participants who breach these Terms and Conditions. 

5. Notification of Winners

• Winners of social media competitions will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered (Instagram or Facebook). 

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Xtendlife reserves the right to choose an alternate winner. 

6. Privacy

By participating, you agree to Xtendlife collecting and processing your information for the purpose of the promotion. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy. 

7. Limitation of Liability

Xtendlife is not responsible for technical failures, incomplete entries, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. 

8. Amendments and Termination

Xtendlife reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
